Position: Dishwasher/Porter Team Member

The dishwasher/porter team member serves as a guardian of operational excellence, focusing on leading the Back of House operations in line with the Creating Raving Fans Strategy. They foster kitchen team unity and deliver the highest quality products by meeting Chick-fil-A standards while controlling costs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine.
2. Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes.
3. Clean, sanitize, and maintain dishwashing machine.
4. Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly.
5. Empty trash containers regularly.
6. Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed.
7. Perform additional cleaning duties as requested.
