Summary

Cleans and maintains all areas of the Foodservice Department according to safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

1. Transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas.
2. Comply with internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards regarding kitchen safety and sanitation.
3. Clean and maintain carts and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and cleaning solutions.
4. Perform warewashing duties per safety guidelines, including dishmachine and three-compartment sink.
5. Regularly collect and dispose of all food-related and recyclable waste/trash.
