Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a Steward to maintain clean, safe, and organized back-of-house spaces. The role supports culinary teams by ensuring pristine kitchens, dish areas, storage, and equipment with a strong focus on hygiene and safety.

You will operate industry-standard cleaning equipment, collaborate across teams, and help uphold HACCP standards while adapting to varied shifts in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in stewarding, kitchen utility, or housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pristine back-of-house areas including kitchens, dish rooms, storage, and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize floors, walls, drains, and work surfaces; deep-clean equipment.
• Operate cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, buffers, pressure washers, and wet vacuums.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure smooth flow of clean wares and timely service.
• Support sustainability and waste processes; assist with loading docks and recycling.
• Uphold HACCP standards and professional appearance.
