Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all wares and equipment. The role supports event-driven service with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

The position pays an hourly rate of $16.00–$19.00 and includes 401(k) savings with matching options. The successful candidate will help ensure clean, safe, and ready-to-use tableware and equipment for premium hospitality experiences at our Philadelphia-area venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in casual and/or fine dining helpful.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear, businesslike, respectful communication with staff and guests.
• Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest sanitation levels for all items to be reused in clean condition.
• Follow MSDS, food safety, and beverage policies and procedures.
• Remove trash and maintain loading/receiving areas in safe, clean condition.
• Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.

Position Summary

The Dishwasher washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00–$19.00.
