Formación

• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach and twist as part of daily duties.

Responsabilidades

• Scrape food from dirty dishes, rack china, glassware and flatware and wash by hand or on a dishwashing machine.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans and trays; transport supplies between storage and work areas.
• Return all clean utensils to proper storage; clean kitchen equipment.
• Maintain communication with supervisor regarding supply needs and equipment maintenance.
• Segregate and remove trash, place in designated containers; take out trash and recycling.
• Sweep and mop floors; load/unload trucks delivering food and supplies.
