The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. The role requires maintaining excellent attendance and availability to work scheduled events as needed.

Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $12.00 to $13.00. Benefits include a 401(k) savings plan and matching contributions. The pay range is provided by Oak View Group and may vary based on skills and experience.

About The Venue

The Macon Centreplex includes the Macon Coliseum and Macon City Auditorium, hosting a variety of events including sports, concerts, and community gatherings. The recently opened Amphitheater hosts concerts and festivals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high sanitation standards for all items used in food service.
• Follow safety and food handling policies and procedures.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in loading and receiving areas.
• Stock and organize plates, glasses, utensils, and cookware after cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize food service areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in casual or fine dining environments is helpful.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
• Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required.
