Responsibilities

• Keep the dishes moving: collect used kitchenware, run the dish machine and pot washer, hand-wash items, and store them properly.
• Keep HQ clean: sanitize the kitchen, bakery, warehouse, office, and bathrooms, including floors, dusting, and waste handling.
• Deep clean: clean stoves, ovens, workspaces, walk-ins, and shelving with appropriate equipment.
• Stay on top of supplies: track inventory and reorder cleaning supplies; assist with inventory organization.
• Communicate: report equipment problems and inventory issues to the Senior Production Manager or Director of Operations.
• Follow food safety standards: comply with Rosemont sanitation standards and Maine health regulations.
