What will I be doing?

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for transporting and cleaning utensils and service ware, contributing to outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your tasks will include:

• Washing dishes and operating the dishwasher to clean chinaware, silverware, and utensils
• Scrubbing cookware to remove grease and food particles
• Burnishing, de-tarnishing, and polishing silver
• Stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment
• Performing cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Transporting and storing clean service ware
• Training other stewards as needed
• Preparing and placing clean service ware for events and functions

The starting pay is $15.00 per hour.
