Position Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. The role requires maintaining excellent attendance and availability to work scheduled events.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest sanitation levels for all items to be used again, free of contamination.
• Follow MSDS criteria, food safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
• Remove trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe and clean condition.
• Stock plates, glasses, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in casual and/or fine dining environments is helpful.
• High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, event-driven environment.
• Effective communication skills with employees, management, and guests.
• Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by regulations.
