Position Summary

The Dishwasher washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work scheduled events as needed.

This role offers an hourly wage of $14 to $18.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sanitation of all items used, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Follow M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and policies and procedures.
• Remove trash and keep loading and receiving areas clean and safe.
• Stock plates, glasses, utensils, and cookware after cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in casual or fine dining environments helpful.
• High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven setting.
• Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
• Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by law.
