Job Summary

We are seeking a Dishwasher to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for loading the dishwasher with dirty dishes brought in by the bussers; unloading clean dishes; drying dishes; and washing pots, pans, and kitchen tools in a 3 bin sink. You will also be doing general cleaning tasks as assigned by the restaurant manager. You may also be assigned small kitchen prepping activities like peeling potatoes, chopping vegetables, and making dressing and sauces. The ideal candidate is hardworking and reliable! Responsibilities

• Remove food from plates
• Pre‑rinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
• Unload dishwasher and put items away in proper areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Participate in team meetings
• Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned
• Clean the Smoker twice a month
