Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in the United States is seeking a kitchen support role to prepare food, portion and plate items, and assist with dining room service. You will help keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, operate the dishwashing setup, and maintain sanitation equipment.

The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include stocking, reporting issues to supervisors, and participating in mandatory training and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and the ability to work well with others as part of a team.
• Must be able to work under close supervision.
• Possess basic knowledge of kitchen operations and the use of kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to understand and retain simple instructions and apply them to the position.
• Must be able to stand, kneel, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to tolerate temperature extremes, wet/humid conditions, and noise.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and carry heavy objects for up to 20 feet.
• Must wear slip-resistant footwear.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
