Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a friendly Dishwasher for The Barclay at Santa Rosa Beach to help maintain a clean, safe kitchen and support dining services for residents.

The role requires a caring heart, ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and basic education requirements. ServSafe certification is preferred where applicable. This is a hands-on position in a fast-growing senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and be willing to serve others.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification if required by state.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and store dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, and other utensils.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness.
• Operate dishwashing equipment properly.
• Stock supplies as needed.
• Assist staff with post-meal plate collection as requested.
• Support a kitchen environment that promotes safety and hygiene.

We are currently looking for a Dishwasher for The Barclay at Santa Rosa Beach.

Primary Responsibilities of the Dishwasher:

• Wash & store dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans and other cooking utensils Maintain all aspects of kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
• Properly maintain dishwashing equipment
• Stock supplies as needed
• Support staff with after meal plate collection if requested
• Maintains or exceeds standards of a kitchen environment that promotes safety, proper hygiene and cleanliness
