Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain extreme sanitary conditions by thoroughly cleaning work areas daily.
• Receive, stock, store, and transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Clean all kitchen areas including stainless surfaces, walls, tops and shelves.
• Clean equipment and floors.
• Remove trash and garbage and place into designated receptacles.
• Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Attend in-service training and educational seminars as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain extreme sanitary conditions by thoroughly cleaning work areas on a daily basis.
• Receive, stock, store, and transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Clean all kitchen areas to include stainless and surface tops and shelves including walls in kitchen areas.
• Clean equipment and floors.
• Remove trash and garbage and places into designated receptacles.
• Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Attend in-service training and educational seminars as assigned.
• Frequent standing, walking and lifting up to 25 pounds required on a daily basis.

Education and/or Experience

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and training.
