Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Kissimmee, Florida, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our kitchen and front-of-house teams. The role performs dishwashing, stocking, and cleanliness duties, contributing to a sanitary and efficient dish room and overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Washes dirty dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment.
• Stocks clean dishes, utensils, glassware, etc. as appropriate.
• Maintains cleanliness of dish/kitchen area and proper storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Assists in handling outlet inventory as necessary.
• Assists kitchen staff as necessary per manager’s instruction.

The Dishwasher properly washes and stores all dishes, pots, pans, trays eating utensils, cups, and small equipment for the department as well as maintains the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner. This individual will also assist in the preparation of food items and perform basic culinary tasks. The Steward must perform tasks that support the kitchen and front of the house staff as necessary. They are responsible for demonstrating a commitment to customer service standards in all interactions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

• Washes dirty dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment.
• Stocks clean dishes, utensils, glassware, etc. as appropriate.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
