ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will maintain a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes and preps food as needed. Keeps dish area organized and free of clutter. Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks. Maintains clean/dry floors throughout the shift.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of two years of restaurant experience is preferred. Must be detail oriented, accurate and possess good organizational abilities and be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of Point-of-Sale operations is preferred.
Must possess customer service skills and strong oral communication skills. Competency in dealing with members and fellow employees under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy. Must possess the ability to work effectively under time deadlines.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Will have to work together with various staff and positions at the club. Communicating with the front desk at the lodge, banquet teams, kitchen staff, valet, servers, and food runners are necessary to ensure a great experience for our Club members and guests.

Under the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA), employees accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year. Other legally required benefits, such as workers' compensation and unemployment insurance, also apply. Additionally, we provide a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match. All benefits are subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents, including eligibility requirements and waiting periods, as required by law.
