Cosm in Atlanta, GA is seeking a motivated Dishwasher to support our venue operations and help deliver a memorable fan experience. You will wash and sanitize dishes, assist kitchen staff, and maintain clean work areas in a fast-paced Heart of House environment.

Responsibilities include keeping utensils and equipment organized, following safety and sanitation standards, and contributing to a connected, service-oriented team culture.

Competenze

• Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Prior experience in kitchen support or dishwashing is a plus.
• Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).

• Perform opening and closing cleaning duties.
• Maintain all safety and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and Health Codes.
• Ensure all utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
• Operate, assemble, disassemble, and descale the dish machine as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain proper rotation of dishware, pots, pans, and storage items.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume Heart of House environment to contribute to a memorable experience for fans.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, while adhering to all company policies and procedures outlined in training materials and the employee handbook

Experience

• Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
• Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Will seldom be sitting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.
