Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our dining program and keep kitchens clean and organized.

You will work closely with Culinary Services and nursing staff, wash dishes, maintain sanitation, assist with events, and help residents transition with care and service. Applicants should have basic reading and math skills, strong teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Keep dish room area neat, clean, and sanitary.
• Check dish machine at the start of each shift and refill chemicals as needed.
• Maintain dish machine after each meal, ensuring proper temperatures and sanitation levels.
• Record temperature and sanitation levels in logs before each meal.
• Assist with preparation and execution of events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Attend pre-meal kitchen stand-up prior to meal service.

We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our amazing team!

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.

• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.

• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.

• Maintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner.

• Keep kitchen floors clean (sweeps and mops) and trash emptied.

• Check dish machine at the beginning of each shift for chemicals and refill as needed.

• Maintain dish machine after each meal by thoroughly cleaning and maintaining sanitizing temperatures and parts per million levels.

• Record temperature and sanitation levels into the temperature logs before each meal.

• Adhere to cleaning schedules as assigned.

• Assist with the transportation and storage of food and supplies.

• Assist cooks and wait staff as requested.

• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.

• Attend pre-meal stand up in kitchen prior to meal service.

• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
