Job summary

Paco's Tacos & Tequila in Charlotte, NC is seeking a reliable dishwasher to help maintain a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You will ensure clean dishes, support food prep areas, and contribute to a sanitary environment in a team-focused setting.

Responsibilities include stocking, cleaning, and assisting with deliveries while upholding food safety standards. Prior dishwashing experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate dishwashing machines and handle various dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently ensure the availability of clean dishes, flatware, pans, and pots for the entire kitchen and restaurant.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment by washing and sanitizing kitchen machines and appliances (coffee makers, mixers, stoves, etc.).
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries, keeping the kitchen fully stocked.
• Clean and maintain cook stations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Take out trash and rinse garbage cans as needed.
• Support other team members with tasks when the need arises, creating a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations.
