Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Job Description

Responsible for cleaning and properly stocking all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware. Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Washes dishes, pots, pans, etc., in dish machine or by hand.
• Assists in stocking and rotating incoming products.
• Empties kitchen trash receptacles and disposes of garbage properly.
• Stores all dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
• Maintains sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Sweeps and mops floors.
• Alerts chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns.
• Uses safe work practices in job performance.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Demands

Frequently stands, walks, handles objects, and reaches with hands and arms. Regularly talks or hears. Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, tastes, or smells. Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds and regularly lifts up to 50 pounds.
