Dishwasher - opportunity for growth with MadTree

We are currently hiring for part-time but there is opportunity for growth, cross-training, and to transition into full-time.

$13/hour, PLUS tips (estimated $2-4/hr)

About This Position…

As a dishwasher, you will play an integral role in the overall efficiency of food services operations by ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, including utensils, dishes, work areas, and equipment. A team-player, you will be ready to support the kitchen team, assisting with basic tasks such as food preparation, event preparation, and produce cleaning. You will also be an avid MadTree Brewing Company ambassador who lives out our behaviors of…Connect, Grow, and Give a F*ck.

We’re ideally looking for someone with 1+ years experience as a dishwasher or similar role in a restaurant or food service environment (but we are willing to train), and some of your responsibilities will include…

• Making sure that all dishes and kitchen tools are cleaned well and follow food safety rules.
• Supporting overall kitchen operations by keeping a clean and organized work environment.
• Collect dishes and utensils from the taproom and bring them to the dishwashing area.
• Regularly empty and clean trash cans, taking the trash to the dumpster area.
• Working together with the kitchen team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
