Job summary

Hash Kitchen Fort Worth is hiring a Dishwasher to support our busy brunch service. You will wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, ensuring supplies are ready for cooks to prepare mouth-watering brunch items.

No experience is required as we provide on-the-job training through our world-class program. You’ll work with a fun, fast-paced team, enjoy generous time off and opportunities for career growth in a vibrant restaurant culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the menu and offerings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked. Immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager.
• Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
• Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas.
• Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
• Maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
