Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support the kitchen teams at The Blake at Flowood in Mississippi, providing clean dishes and maintaining a hospitality-focused dining area for residents.

This full-time role requires flexibility, including every-other-weekend work and holidays, with emphasis on cleanliness, sanitation, and safe kitchen practices. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and ServSafe may be required by state law.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification if applicable by state requirements.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekend and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash & store dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans and other cooking utensils; Maintain all aspects of kitchen sanitation and cleanliness.
• Properly maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Stock supplies as needed.
• Support staff with after meal plate collection if requested.
• Maintains or exceeds standards of a kitchen environment that promotes safety, proper hygiene and cleanliness.
