Job summary

Legal Sea Foods in Boston is seeking a dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will help maintain a clean, organized work area and support the cooks during busy periods.

You must be reliable, able to follow directions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required, but teamwork and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use and maintain the dish machine properly.
• Keep a clean supply of dishware, glassware, and silverware; ensure adequate utensils.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling; keep disposal areas clean and organized.
• Perform maintenance clean-up and sanitizing throughout the shift.
• Assist with minor interior and exterior kitchen maintenance as needed (snow/ice removal, trash).
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
