Position Overview

LOGE Glacier is seeking a Dishwasher for our LOGE Camps site in Essex, Montana.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist the kitchen team in preparing menu items from scratch ingredients, ensuring successful and timely execution.
  • Understand all menu items and ingredients; assist guests with dietary or preparation questions.
  • Develop prep and order specifications based on recipes at assigned kitchen stations.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
  • Follow safety and cleanliness standards; participate in cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas.
  • Support team with standard kitchen duties as needed.
  • Operate and deep clean all kitchen equipment.
  • Assist with catering for special events and group meetings.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned by the Head Chef.
Skills Needed
  • Passion for providing excellent guest experiences, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with a knack for cleanliness.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1 year of culinary team experience.
  • Knowledge of POS software.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual skills a plus.
  • Physical ability to perform active roles involving bending, reaching, lifting up to 40 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 75 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work environment may be moderate to loud.
