You'll sort and wash wares, keep the dish area sanitary, assist servers, and help maintain a clean, efficient kitchen environment in our landscape hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Sort and wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Keep the dish room area organized and sanitary, preventing cross-contamination.
• Assist servers with bussing tables and transporting dishes to the dish room as needed.
• Provide unrivaled guest service through attentive handling of ware and room cleanliness.
