Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This essential role ensures our restaurant maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation while supporting our culinary operations during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish pit and surrounding areas
• Ensure proper sanitization procedures are followed at all times
• Assist with kitchen prep work and cleaning tasks as needed
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean work environment
• Follow all food safety and health department regulations
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be available to work lunch or dinner shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
