Job summary

Knott’s Berry Farm is seeking a dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of dishes and kitchen areas. You will wash dishes, operate the dishwasher, and assist with general cleaning tasks in a high-volume kitchen.

Role requires 18+ years old, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and understanding basic instructions in English. California Food Handlers Card is preferred. On-site position with a friendly, team-oriented environment.

A Dishwasher is responsible for washing dishes along with the operation and cleanliness of the dishwasher, including washing kitchen equipment and the general cleaning of the kitchen areas. This general cleaning may include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and wiping, emptying trash cans and other assigned tasks.

• Ensures dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and equipment are washed and rotated.
• Adheres to all proper chemical and safety procedures.
• Maintains dish washing machine including regularly cleaning and set up of cleaning chemicals.
• Cleans walk‑in coolers/freezers.

• Preferred availability is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
