Village on the Park Plano is seeking full-time Dishwasher/Utility Workers who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to our community. You will help maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability, the ability to work in hot, wet, and loud conditions, and the physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Training is provided; pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments.
• Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop; stand for long periods; lift up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Must be able to work holidays.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical issues immediately.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to ensure adequate levels of clean items for the dining room and kitchen.
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management or leadership to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.
