Job summary

• Completion of 12th grade or equivalent.
• 3–12 months experience with the operation of commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Ability to meet schedules and time lines.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing: Operate a commercial dishwasher to clean and sanitize all plates, utensils, glasses, and kitchen equipment.
• Custodial duties: Sweep and mop floors, clean employee locker rooms and bathrooms, and manage waste disposal.
• Dining service area preparation: Stock service locations with plates, silverware, milk, ice, and other essentials for meal service; assist with moving furniture as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
