Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a General Utility / Dishwasher to support kitchen operations and maintain clean, sanitary work areas. You will assist in food prep and cross-train in kitchen roles as part of the Kitchen Team.

Must be able to handle lifting, standing for long periods, and working in a hot, damp environment with a positive attitude and reliability. This is a full‑time, on‑site role at our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Desire to care for others, grow and learn.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times daily.
• Capable of placing items on high and low shelves.
• Primarily indoors with some outdoor work.
• Comfortable in hot, damp environments.
• Able to respond to emergencies to ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and pre-rinses food from dishes and loads dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand or machine.
• Complete all assigned prep work.
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster area.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and floors.
• Clean garbage cans and receptacles.
• Assemble, maintain and breakdown the dish machine.
