Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Dishwasher / Utility Associate to join our Food & Beverage team on site. You will help maintain a clean, safe kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and utensils according to standards.

The role supports kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment and requires flexibility for various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Growth opportunities and benefit options are available.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing, kitchen, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to cleaning procedures, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash items per sanitation procedures.
• Clean and maintain kitchen floors, tables, walls, refrigerators, and storage areas.
• Remove trash and keep disposal areas clean.
• Polish silverware and prepare clean service items for restaurant and banquet operations.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and basic food preparation as directed.
• Complete opening, operating, and closing side work tasks.
