Responsibilities

• Cleans and washes dishes by hand or machine, trays, silverware and pots and pans for morning and lunch meals.
• Ensures the sanitation of the kitchen work area by cleaning and washing machines, mopping floor and taking garbage to the dumpster.
• Performs routine work with little or no deviation from accepted practices and other duties as assigned.
