Responsibilities include cleaning dishware, operating dishwashing equipment, and supporting Cooks with preparation tasks. Qualifications

• Culinary experience preferred.
• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
• Safely operate the dishwasher and other equipment.
• Empty trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Support the Cooks with prep work.
