Villa Roma Resort & Conference Center is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of all kitchen utensils, dinnerware, glassware, and equipment while meeting sanitation standards. Responsibilities include cleaning dishes, operating dishwashing equipment, stocking supplies, and assisting with basic prep during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Reliable and has a strong work ethic.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Team-oriented and able to work with others.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils per health standards.
• Operate dishwashing equipment following specifications.
• Sort and store cleaned items properly.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and restock as required.
• Report broken equipment to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area.
• Close the dish areas and machine according to procedures.
