Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dishwasher or similar role.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans and cooking equipment.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes and pre-rinse before loading into dishwasher.
• Sort clean dishes and utensils and store them in designated storage areas.
• Keep dishwashing area clean and organized at all times.
• Assist with food preparation when needed.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Empty trash bins regularly throughout shift.
