Job summary

Cafe Monet in McLean, VA, from KNEAD Hospitality + Design, is seeking reliable Dishwashers to join our opening team. You will help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support the entire team for smooth operation.

The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware, operating dishwashing equipment safely, and assisting with basic prep as needed. Compensation is competitive and to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, not required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area, floors, and kitchen spaces.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Properly store clean dishes and equipment.
• Assist with trash removal and recycling.
• Support basic prep tasks as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Keep work areas organized and hazard-free.
