Job summary

The Condado Collection is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across dishware and kitchen areas in San Juan, Puerto Rico. You will operate dishwashing equipment, hand-wash delicate items, and assist kitchen staff during busy periods while upholding health and safety standards.

Candidates should be hospitality-minded, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate in Spanish and English. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused role with emphasis on cleanliness and service.
• Ability to communicate in both Spanish and English.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced kitchen and coordinating with staff.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
• Willingness to perform basic food prep during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of china, glassware, tableware, and utensils.
• Operate dishwashing machine and hand-wash delicate items as needed.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean, organized, and ready for operation.
• Properly store cleaned items and restock supplies.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation during busy periods.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
