Responsibilities

• Own the Dish Pit: wash, sanitize, and store glassware, dishware, and cookware.
• Keep the Kitchen Moving: return dishware and gear to cooks quickly to maintain service flow.
• Follow Cleaning & Safety Standards: adhere to food safety rules and sanitation expectations.
• Help Out Beyond Dishes: assist with light prep, opening/closing checklists, and general cleanliness.
• Be a Team Player: contribute a positive attitude and clear communication to deliver The Perfect Night Out each shift.
