Job summary

Big Woods Bloomington is hiring a part-time dishwasher in Bloomington, IN to support kitchen operations and ensure clean dishware and a well-maintained dish room.

No prior restaurant experience is required and training is provided. Applicants must be at least 17 years old and capable of lifting up to 40 lbs in a humid, heated environment. A potential for upward mobility and meal/merchandise discounts is offered.

Qualifications

• Be prepared to work in a humid and heated environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, scooping, standing, kneeling, and squatting during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dishwasher, ensuring all kitchenware is properly stored.
• Maintain and monitor the dishwasher, equipment, and detergent levels.
• Keep the dish room impeccably clean and sanitized, including taking care of trash disposal.
• Be ready to assist both the kitchen and front-of-house staff with various tasks when necessary.
