Qualifications

• Reading, writing, speaking and understanding English required.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, utensils, kitchen equipment, and food service areas.
• Organize and store cleaned dishes, glassware, flatware, and serving items.
• Support kitchen operations by following safety, sanitation, and waste management procedures.
• Help keep kitchen and dining support areas clean, orderly, and ready for daily service.
