Job summary

The Club at Strawberry Creek is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will help maintain cleanliness and efficiency by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a safe environment.

No prior experience is needed; we provide on-the-job training. This position supports our culinary team and health/safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
• Restock clean dishes and utensils in the appropriate areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep work as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning supplies.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the kitchen manager.
