High 5 Hospitality Group is hiring a dedicated Dishwasher to support our growing family of brands. You will help maintain a clean and efficient kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.

We seek reliable candidates who can stand long hours and lift up to 40 lb. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are available within our multi-brand group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lb.
• Attention to detail to ensure items are cleaned and sanitized.
• Team player capable of fast-paced, collaborative work.
• Working conditions include a fast-paced kitchen with quick turnaround times.
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes using dishwashing machines and by hand.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes and cooking equipment.
• Organize and stack clean items for easy access by staff.
• Maintain and report issues with dishwashing equipment.
• Dispose of trash and recycling and keep the area clean.
• Assist kitchen staff with food prep when not washing dishes.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
