Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a professional kitchen is a plus.
• Able to safely operate industrial machinery and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to work in a hot, humid environment and stand for 8-hour shifts.
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload dishwasher safely and efficiently.
• Wash glassware and kitchen items by hand when necessary.
• Clean iced tea and coffee machines daily.
• Organize and manage the placement of all kitchen items and dishes.
• Perform basic janitorial duties to clean spills or broken glassware immediately.
• Report sanitation or janitorial issues to management.
