Job summary

Red Lobster in Boardman Township, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Utility to maintain cleanliness and assist in kitchen operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for cleaning dishware and all areas of the restaurant, while supporting cooks with various tasks. Ideal candidates should be team players with attention to detail and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying.
• Culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 – 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
• Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment.
• Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Supporting the Cooks with prep work and other tasks as needed.
