The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our high-volume kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. You will wash and sanitize dishes, support station setup and breakdown, and help maintain sanitation standards to ensure guest experiences meet our brand promise.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with dishwashing operations and cleaning duties is a plus.
• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, plates, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans.
• Pre-sort, soak, and rinse silverware and utensils.
• Safely load and unload a dishwashing machine.
• Support opening and closing tasks including station setup and breakdown.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
