Sodexo is seeking a Dishwasher at Paul Smith's College in NY to support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in production and service areas. Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety concepts.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
• Restocks supplies (soap, paper towels, cleaning materials).
• Walks/stands for extended periods and can lift up to 35 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Attends shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
