Qualifications

• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and safety procedures is necessary (training provided).
• Must have or be able to obtain a current food handler’s card.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all plates, glasses, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools.
• Maintain clean and organized dish stations throughout service.
• Support with kitchen closing duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
