White Lodging is hiring a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate in Austin, TX. You will help maintain a clean, safe back-of-house and support the culinary team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Active Food Handler Certification required by start date.
• No prior dishwasher/kitchen experience required but customer service mindset is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hotel setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and back-of-house teammates.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other kitchen equipment.
• Keep floors and surfaces free of trash, water, and debris for safety.
• Scrape food from dishes and wash by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Sort silverware and load/unload dishwasher to meet sanitation standards.
• Sort and store clean china, glassware, and platters using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading product from trucks and support culinary tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
