White Lodging is seeking a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient back‑of‑house area. You’ll support the culinary team, load/unload the dishwasher, and help with unloading supplies in a fast-paced hotel restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• No prior dishwasher or kitchen experience required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.
• Comfort working quickly and efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
• Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals.
• Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment and prevent workplace accidents.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher.
• Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned
